What are the Levels of Involvement as a PSPN Member?
One Year General Membership: annual dues $100
Reserved for persons, parties or groups of interest with no academic involvement.
Benefits to General Membership:

○ Base web site entry
○ Motivation towards excellence in practice
○ Exposure to news and data
Associate Member: annual dues $100
This level is for those who have achieved recognition as Primary Spine Practitioner- Eligible (PSP-E).
Certified Member: annual dues $100
This level is for those who have achieved recognition as a Certified Primary Spine Practitioner (PSP-C)
Diplomate Member: annual dues $100
This level is for those who have achieved recognition as a Diplomate Primary Spine Practitioner (PSP-D)
Group Member: annual dues individually negotiated depending upon number of PSPs
5 or more PSPs who function as part of one organization/facility
Corporate Member: annual dues individually negotiated depending on size of organization
Corporation/health care organization with functioning PSPs that chooses to have the corporation included as a PSPN member as well as its functioning PSPs
Alliance Partner Member: annual dues of $1,000
Yearly membership for the Vendor, Collaborating Institutions, Insurance Companies, Academia, Government Agencies
International Affiliate: annual dues of $25
Yearly membership for the PSP practicing outside of the continental United States with no practice or academic involvement within US.
Student Member: annual dues of $25
Yearly membership for those students enrolled as full time students in an accredited chiropractic, physical therapy, medical or osteopathic program
